Tbh, had a perfectly pleasant stay for 1 night on our NC500 trip. It was tastefully decorated, airy and with bunk beds. The location offered was peaceful and best possible next to the train station and the town centre as well as the centre. Besides, the hotel was not very far from Old st Peter's Church.

Every detail was brand-new and I truly enjoyed it. The continental breakfast had lots of delicacies and was delicious. I asked for a twin room and the one given was functional and new-fashioned. The staff was welcoming and exceptional. The view of river was particularly good, as well as riverside location close to the sea front, the town center and the railway station.

Wonderful old hotel located in a fairly quiet area short walk to the railway station, the ferry terminal at Scrabster and the restaurant. Helpful personnel with their young very professional helpers and ideal and handy location.

The units were reasonably large with bunk beds. This is a perfect location in Thurso.

The hotel location was absolutely perfect in a secure area. Lots of food for breakfast, it was excellent. The staff were all flexible and very attentive.

Extremely comfy bed, large bathroom and climate control, ironing facilities and a couch bed in the room.

The hotel was in the central setting to the ferry terminal at Scrabster. Moreover, it was 3 km from Harold's Tower Mausoleum.

We appreciated this place. The hotel was comfortable in general, had welcoming staff with their young very professional helpers. The accommodation had a riverside location opposite the river.

The warm and friendly welcome from the staff made us feel instantly at home. We were impressed by the immaculate cleanliness of the hotel, both in the rooms and common areas. The breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. the hotel's location was ideal for exploring the town, situated opposite the river and providing easy access to nearby attractions.

While our overall experience was fantastic, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The absence of a TV in the room was a slight inconvenience, although there was a large TV provided in the main lounge.

Generally, truly enjoyed this well presented and absolutely fabulous accommodation with very attentive staff with their young very professional helpers. The location was nice riverside, just next door to Thurso railway station and town centre, and the sea front and easily accessible. Plus, Thurso Library & Gallery was located in the immediate surroundings.

The room was neat and stylish with a comfortable bed, making for a cozy night's sleep. The views overlooking the river were exceptional and the location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk to the Riverside Walk.
